Hi Im Anthony,
Dad to 2 adult daughters who don't live with me. I work full time not far from home.
I enjoy the outdoors but can easily enjoy time at home.
Single male, non smoker, social drinker. Current flatmate moving back home with family.
Looking for a female student or someone working full time to enjoy a private room (2nd bedroom) which I will empty out as much as required. Will also look at getting some extra cupboard space for myself to help.
Happy to work out an arrangement that involves 50/50 split of the power and gas. Wifi Internet and water are included in the rent.
The $235 rent per week to be calculated on monthly basis at $1018 per month.
Please bring own bed linen to use on supplied mattresses.
