We have a beautiful room in our gorgeous home (brand new, we are the first tenants to live in it!) about to become available on the 24th February.
Rent is $1124pcm not including bills.
It’s a 3 bedroom townhouse, 2 upstairs (one of which will be yours) and one downstairs, a big, beautiful bathroom which you will only have to share with Veronica as I have my own ensuite. You will have a reverse cycle air conditioner in your room to make things comfortable all year round. Great water pressure in the shower, gas cooking. The large glass sliding doors in the living area open out onto a small patio and lovely little enclosed backyard.
Medium sized room, it is partially furnished so a double mattress is available if needed, you’d just need to get a bed base to your liking if you don’t have one and there will be 2 bedside tables a desk and chair as pictured too. Or we can arrange to move them out if you have your own things.
Our neighbourhood is so wholesome and lovely, it’s quiet, it’s leafy, it’s so perfect for taking a relaxing stroll. It’s only a few minutes walk to get to Poath Road with cafe’s and a little IGA. Chadstone shopping centre is around a 5 minute drive away, the train station is a short walk.

I love classic films, old music, particularly from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, I can be a bit of an old soul, binge watching good shows, cuddling up with a nice film, or book, visiting pretty gardens, art galleries, enjoying about a squillion cups of tea a day and making friends with all the neighbourhood cats on my walks.

Hello, I am a queer 21 yr old girl working full time. Just a very chill and quiet person. I like reading, crafts and love music :)) I am pretty introverted but love meeting new people and yapping too.
We are looking for someone who is not a party animal, we are more of a cozy, quiet household and the living area/kitchen is quite cozy (large enough for us, a little too small for big gatherings) too so if you are someone who just loves to get all your friends round regularly for dinner parties and film nights etc we aren’t really going to be the right place for you. We’d love someone who is clean and tidy, values open and honest communication, who is friendly, as are we, but has their own things going on ☺️
