COMMON AREA: Modern design open plan kitchen with lots of storage spaces, breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, double sink, dishwasher, 4 gas burners, oven, fridge, microwave, and beige tiles throughout the whole house except for living room and bedrooms. Living room is carpeted and has 4 seater glass dining table, 3 couches (1x 3 seater, 1x 2 seater, 1x chaise lounge) and a TV with Google Chromecast (as somehow cable TV doesn't work). As well as some cardboard box cat castles Marie designed and made for the cats (sorry if it makes the house look messy)...... Laundry room has a sink and washing machine for everyone to use. Then we also have the outdoor covered patio where the French couple keep their 2 bikes during winter, and where you can hang your cloths up to dry. Next to patio is wooden deck, also covered. This is where they put their precious go kart as well as a big wooden table and a two seater sofa that can sit total of 10 people for when friends come over.... Double garage: they have 2 cars and I also have 2 (trying to sell one) and we have toolboxes for our cars, so currently our driveway is pretty full, but happy to negotiate a convenient off-street parking space in front of our house for you. YOU: We all helped cleaning up common area from time to time and take out rubbish bins every Tuesdays regardless whether we use the area or not. And you'll be expected to do the same as what we do unless you want to hire a cleaner. At the very least you'll need to clean up after yourself. Prefer non-smoker and those with no pets as I think our house is hectic enough with two cats. Friendly, considerate and other good qualities would be awesome too! Please see NOTE below for more. YOUR BEDROOM: Your bedroom will be furtherest from all the other two bedrooms, and will be next to the living room (where we all spend the lease amount of time in). So pretty much your room is super quiet from all the talking and water sound (shower and all). Your room is the "bed 3" in the layout photo, and is 3.0 x 3.3m with BIR... It can come furnished or unfurnished (they have a spare queen size bed base, and I have a spare double size mattress that if you don't mind the size differences, you can use them, and drawers, tables, chairs, etc.). Wooden deck is outside of your room window. In winter time sun still can come in, and you won't have to worry about closing your windows because of rain or because the wind is too strong cuz the wooden deck area is covered. In summer time, that room is the coolest of all. The shared bathroom has shower and a bath tub. Toilet is separated from bathroom, and is only shared with either me or the person who replaces me. Bed 1 is the master bedroom with ensuite which Alex/Louis and Marie is living in. Bed 2 will be either my bedroom or someone else's (if I decided to move out). MONEY TO PAY!! Bond: one month rent which cannot be used to pay rent Bills: - Internet you'll be paying $20 a month, set amount, unlimited NBN gamers bundle from My Republic. - Share all other bills with us evenly, which includes water (every 3 months), gas (every 2 months) and electricity (every 3 months). Please don't ask me how much as my friend (who just left) has been paying for me. NOTE: We're all very friendly and are the kind of people who cannot go anywhere without our cars... All I can tell you about public transport around this area is that there's a bus stop not too far from the house that goes to Hallam station. If you don't have a car and would like us to give you a ride somewhere, feel free to let us know :) We understand the pain of taking public transport! Bed 3 is the one with blue bedsheet... My friend left in a hurry so currently that room will need a good tidy up haha... Inspections are necessary prior to moving in as we don't want to live with random people we've never met.
