I am the owner of the property and am looking for a single female tenant. There will just be the two of us in the house, so you will have plenty of personal space. I am from Malaysia do not have any family close-by, therefore, I am looking for a tenant who is possibly open to being friends with me, or is at least friendly. I am self-employed so will be home quite a lot. like to go out for meals, go to the gym, travel, hike, read and watch television.
