This house was built in the early 2000s but has been recently renovated and painted. It is located in the estate next to Berwick Springs, so the wetlands reserve is just a run away.
There's 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 with built in robe, ceiling fan, central cooling and heating to satisfy your summer and winter needs. Some bills (electricity, gas, water) will be included. Winter surcharge may apply.

There will be 1 shared off-street parking space. Plenty of on-street spaces, the area is safe and quiet. I'll need the garage space for my car and storage.
There is a spacious garden shed in the backyard, happy to share it with you.
Cleaning of common areas will be a shared task.
5 mins drive to Eden Rise and Casey Central shopping villages, under 10 mins drive to Berwick or Narre Warren train stations, Casey ARC aquatic centre, Westfield Fountain Gate, Federation University, old Berwick Village and Monash Freeway. Around 5 mins walk to the bus stop that brings you directly to Berwick train station.
