Hey there! I am looking for a responsible and a friendly roommate to join our lease in Narre Warren South.
About the place -
The place will be available from the 15th of April. Rent is paid quarterly, every 3 months which amounts to $2,911.31 which will increase to $3,041.67 from the 30th April. The lease will be for a minimum of one year.
You’ll have your own private room with shared bathroom with 1 other housemate. While the room itself is unfurnished, the shared common areas come fully equipped with essential furnishings, including a fridge, washing machine, comfortable couch, TV, central aircon/heater and dining table. There’s also 1 extra room for storage/study depending on your needs.
Perfect for someone who wants to make the space their own, while still enjoying the convenience of already-furnished communal areas.
The home is located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with easy access to local amenities and public transport. 15 minutes walk to Narre Warren Station, 26 minutes walk to Fountain Gate SC, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the house.

You’ll be sharing the house with 2 women who are working full-time and 2 lovely cats! So we’re looking for people who are friendly with cats but unfortunately we cannot accomodate another pet in the house.
