The property features four bedrooms, an open space kitchen, dinning and lounge area, one bathroom and two separate toilets. The available bedroom has a ceiling fan and a large built-in cupboard with mirror doors. This isn't a party house, but we do enjoy having drinks, watching movies, playing board games, and sharing the occasional meal. Wi fi is included in the rent.

48 Newcomen is beautifully positioned about 2 minutes from Newcastle Beach and 2 minutes from Queens Wharf - ideal for the tram, CBD, uni and Interchange. We literally back on to the cathedral which is a magnificent backyard but we're still closed off enough we don't get much foot traffic. It's awesome. It's a 5 bedroom sharehouse with a front yard, a back courtyard, lounge room, mezz level, back dining room, 2x bathrooms and a laundry. Plenty of space, we've been managing with 4 people but are willing to open up the 5th room if there's enough interest. We've got the lounge room mostly furnished but once the last 2 roommates leave they'll be taking their furniture with them so we might need to get some more tables, chairs and appliances for the new lease but we're happy to go in on that stuff. We've got the fridge, washer/dryer and other basics sorted. Wi-fi is good all through the house (~$30/month) and power/water are quarterly.

Am looking for someone who wants to occupy the room preferably for the full 6 months lease, with the possibility of extending it to a year. (Two bedroom, one bathroom) but is beautifully renovated throughout, with an inbuilt dishwasher, Gas stovetop, washing machine/dryer in one, immaculate bathroom with and ceiling fans and inbuilt wardrobes in the bedrooms. The rent will include gas and water but electricity will be split every 3 months.
