The flat is fully furnished (except your room) and has a newly fitted air conditioner. The room has a massive built in and can easily fit a queen bed and any other furniture you need. You'll be sharing a bathroom with just one of the other girls. Bills are additional but split three ways and really reasonable; $23 a month for unlimited internet and generally $100 per quarter for electricity. Sorry no pets are allowed 😭

We have recently moved into a new apartment in Newcastle, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and very central to the city. It has nearby public transport and is in close proximity to shops. The room is unfurnished, however will comfortably fit a queen sized bed into the space. There are two bathrooms, so you will only share your bathroom with the occasional visitor.
