About the property
We are looking for a two new housemates!
The apartment is situated in the centre of Newcastle east, on the top floor of the apartment building with only 2 other apartments.
We have two rooms available from the start of February. On the floor plan these are rooms 2 and 4.
Room 2 has harbour views, comes with a built in wardrobe whilst also being pretty big.
Room 4 is slightly bigger and comes with a bed and matress (if you want) and a pretty decent sized built in wardrobe.
You have a Woolworths about a minute from the front door with plenty of food/pubs/bars/things to do within walking distance. The beach is about a brisk 6 minute walk or a leisurely 10 minute stroll and there is a light rail and bus stop within close proximity.
Now the only real downsides are no parking or pets and you have to walk up about 70 stairs each time you come and go but the view is worth it and it keeps you fit haha.
