We do enjoy socialising and friends/guests are welcome round but we are NOT in a frat house; we like home to be a comfortable place for everyone to enjoy, and we like to keep it clean and tidy and have some peace and quiet too. That being said, everyone chips in around the house and pulls their weight with chores. We are all busy so it makes it easier if everyone helps out! This unit is really close to both Nobbys and Newcastle Beach as well as the Newcastle baths. Parking is really easy and always a spot. There is also a car port. We are looking for someone that is neat and tidy as well as respectful to us and of course the place. There is a courtyard that we use and it goes out onto the Foreshore park.
