Hi there!
We’re an odd bunch of good folk who are looking for a housemate for the coming year while Preben and Mez are travelling the world (hard life, right).

The house itself is a banging terrace, spoiletly wedged between Nobbys and Newcastle Beach.
Full of green plants, good peeps, and one block back from the water.

We are a mix of 3 people:

Kwaku - Male - a 38 year graphic designer and is borderline addicted to basketball. Kind, warm and if we had to put it on a scale, is the more introverted one of the house.

Henry - Male - 34 - Currently a boat builder which is just as confusing to him as it is to you. Usually an event person, but on hiatus. Has lived in Canada, New Zealand and Scotland. Adventurous, loves a weekend mission, quick to recommend a pub, and open to everyone.

Mili - Female - 18, and Prebens daughter. Warm, kind, curious and a lover of design. She had finished school and is working full time.
Rest assured there won’t be nights where you come home to a house filled with 18 year olds.

Kwaku has his own bathroom.
Henry, Millie and yourself will be sharing the other. Due to this, unfortunately we are not looking for couples, as that would be too many people sharing the one bathroom.

We are ideally looking a female, similar in age to Henry and Kwaku.
Not just looking to fill a room, we are looking for a friend who has a zest for life, Newy, and someone who can steal our pals and vice versa.
It’s important that everyone is excited to come home and see each other at the end of the day.

Ideally we are looking for someone for the full year, however would rather 2 right people for 6 months each rather than 1 not-so-right person etc.

Usual gear; 4 weeks rent as bond, 2 weeks in advance, lease agreement, 1 month notice for any changes etc.

Furnished with bed and wardrobe. Optional desk (not the one in photos)

Internet is $28p/m each
Bills split evenly as they come.
Parking pass available

Don’t really have any room for other furniture in the lounge/kitchen etc, but feel free to ask in your message.
