Located on the top of The Hill, this apartment is located 10-15 minutes walk from Newcastle beach and Bar Beach. 5 minutes from the famous Strzelecki Lookout. Also just up the road from Darby Street where there are plenty of cafes and coffee places.
This apartment is a 2 story townhouse style accomodation with a private driveway, large garage, and its own private courtyard. The balcony is a great space for sunrise and sunset joined with a morning coffee. Although there's one bathroom, the toilet is a separate water closet and creates more space. There's lots of light throughout the whole space and a large floor plan for the living room.
$540 per week($270 each). Water is included in the rent.
BEDROOM 2 is the available room and is quite large with a walk in closet. Bedroom 3 is small and will be used as an office, as I do work from home a couple times a week.

Hi there! I'm Lauren, originally from Southern California but have been living in Australia for the last 3 1/2 years. My current flatmates are moving out so I am looking for a friendly couple to join me in this amazing space.
I'm friendly, easy-going, and appreciate a healthy lifestyle and good communication. While I love to socialise, I also value personal time and quiet evenings, usually spent making dinner and enjoying a word search. When I'm not working, you can usually find me at the beach, gym, volunteering or doing some arts and crafts. I'm out of my partying days and would prefer flatmates who are on the same page.
I do some work from home a couple times a week during the day for an NGO Public Health agency, so I'd appreciate a considerate and tidy environment.
