There is one parking space available in a lock up garage which is available to the first person who moves in with a car. For health and safety reasons, we are a non-smoking and drug free house (including outdoors on the property). Nearby there are a supermarket (Jefferies) and shops (chemist, takeaways, bakery, butcher, greengrocers, and cafes) about 5 minutes walk away through quiet streets. There's a bus straight to Eastland shopping centre/Ringwood station about 5 mins walk away and a bus to Croydon central/train station a couple of minutes away (or Croydon central is also within walking distance). Also about a 5 minute walk away are a McDonalds and a 7/11/service station. There are also a Coles and an Aldi within walking distance.
