Hi, my name is Amy and I'm moving into a house on the 10th of April and need someone to share the house with. The house is in a great location in leafy Eltham just around the corner from the bus and less than 1km from the station and a glorious selection of restaurants, cafes, boutiques and shops. The bathroom and three bedrooms are separated from the living area for peace and privacy. There is ducted heating as well as a split system. Outside there is a paved precinct set in the garden and just perfect for summer living. I have 2 dogs that are allowed in the living area but not in the zoned off bedroom area.
