1 Medium bedroom - 3m x 4m (Shared bathroom) $380 per week - $1646 per month

The room is unfurnished, however there is a double bed available (see in photo for reference). We also have a desk and office chair should you need one.

The house is in the suburbs, situated on a medium busy road, so please be aware that you will hear some road noise.

There’s lots of on street parking if you have a vehicle.

THE PEOPLE:

You’ll be living with myself and my partner and a male student and a female professionals.
We are tidy, calm, easy-going, and very considerate.

We are both busy people and when we are home, enjoy our necessary introverted moments getting on with our own stuff and chilling

We do also love great conversations and make it a point to look out for one another. It’s like moving in with your ideal family.

Guests/socialising welcome but everyone likes to be aware of who’s in the house at a given time so we are big on respect and communication.

Rent is $380 in advance.
