I have a rare opportunity to take over one, (possibly) two rooms - a bedroom and a private office in our peaceful, tree-top sanctuary in North Warrandyte.

Set across two levels, this spacious home is nestled among the trees with stunning views and an unbeatable sense of calm. Downstairs features a fully equipped gym and a sauna, perfect for staying fit and unwinding.

You’ll be living with me, Gab (40) and Les (48), both professional musicians/entertainers. We’re usually out performing on weekend nights, but around during the day, working on creative projects or recharging.

You’ll also be sharing the space with our house guardian, Aleister Crowley - a very cool black cat who is quiet, gentle, and mostly takes care of himself.

As a housemate you’ll be sharing a bathroom so looking for someone respectful and easygoing. It’s not a party house or a commune - more a quiet, supportive base to work, train, and relax.

We’re kind, courteous, and fair warning ridiculously funny.

Most of the time we’re doing our own thing, but we back each other like family.

Rent:

Option 1) $300 per week - bedroom
Option 2) $400 per week - bedroom + study

Bills: Split evenly.
Move in: November
