Wifi and bills are included in the rent. Bus 5" to city. Neutral bay has many small bars, cafes and restaurants and I find it an easy place to live. Also great for bush walks, near the Harbour and ferries. You would share with a mature age female and male late 30s We live quietly, fairly independently, and would be happy to share with someone who iwould like the same.
