Our apartment in Cammeray is light, bright, airy, and sunny! As it is a duplex, there is only one other apartment in the block (above us) and we get along well with the neighbours. There are no common walls and we get a beautiful sea breeze through the house all year around. It is an art-deco sandstone building and because of this, the apartment is pretty much warm in winter and cool in summer. There is a large terraced garden out the back where you are free to garden to your heart's content! Plant some veggies or add to the herb garden. There are views from the kitchen and lounge room out to Willoughby Bay. You are welcome to bring any furniture items you like...there is a fair bit of space and storage in this place! There is no off-street parking, but there is always (free and unrestricted) parking right out the front of the building. At the end of the street is a path down to the nature reserve at Flat Rock gully if you like to bush walk. There is a bus at the end of the street straight to the City, Crows Nest, or North Sydney.
