Massive room in a great flat, living with an absolute legend! The apartment is on the 12th floor so there are great views over Sydney day and night. En suite toilet and private study off the room. A minutes walking distance to heaps of bars/restaurants/cafes/gyms/shops and only a 10 minute bus ride to the city which runs 24/7. I am beyond disappointed that I have to give up my space in such a great apartment. My bed is currently in the room, if needed I would be happy to leave it for $50 or I can remove it.

Also very handy to motorway access, so it's only a 5min drive to the CBD.
