The location is super handy to the city (a bus stop on the actual street), the beaches and the north shore. The communal backyard is idealic with a couple of minutes walk down to Primrose Park. The park and middle harbour can partially be seen through the trees. There is a large laundry and storage area in the property as well. The interior is well insulated and has remote control lights and fans. All the the expected necessities and a lovely, classic feel (faux-fireplace etc).
