My house is located in a seaside town. It is only about a 900 meter walk to the beach. And the Ocean Grove Market Place Shopping centre which contains a Woolworths Supermarket is only a 15 minute walk or 2minute drive away. Also the city of Geelong is only a 20minute drive too.

Its a brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house and everything but the bedrooms will be furnished. I'm currently looking for a housemate, to join and fill the final room in a house hold of 3 that consists of myself and 2 other girls. I'm 22 and a nurse, the other house mate is 25 and works full-time, and the other roommate is 22 year old that works full time and is studying. Let's start by saying, if you're not a fan of large breed dogs this isn't the house for you. I own a large German Shepherd who spends a lot of time inside, she can come across as intimidating to some though she's really a big sweetie after you spend a couple of hours with her. The property is a well maintained house in Clifton Springs, featuring 3 bedrooms however only 1 bedroom is available as the other is used for storage. You'll be sharing with only myself. The kitchen is fully equipped with almost anything you'll need outside of specialty items and you're welcome to use whatever appliances etc you like as well as a dishwasher. You will get your own bathroom and toilet as I use my en suite, There is also 2 lounge rooms, one formal and one casual however you're welcome to use the formal lounge as your own though that can not be unfurnished. (It only has a couch, no TV etc.) Bills will be split evenly however I am paying the larger chunk of the rent since I can't offer exactly half a house. NBN FTTN is also available if you wish to split the internet however that is optional. The bedroom available is of an average size featuring a built in robe and ceiling fan. The room is currently furnished with a bed that has a brand new mattress that's been used once, a frame and bedside table. The lamp in the picture unfortunately does not work but I'm sure I could find one for you. If you wish to BYO furniture the room can also be unfurnished. The house is a smoke free house, you're welcome to smoke outside but no smoking inside the house. I am a pretty quiet person, I don't party and I try to be as conscientious as possible of the people I live with and the same in return would be appreciated. I must say, I am also a bit of a clean freak/neat freak, while I don't mind if the floors aren't sparkling clean, I do like a clutter-free environment and a clean kitchen, All I ask is you don't leave dishes in the sink, load the dishwasher and wipe down the benches/stove top if you make a mess. I am only seeking a male housemate, couples and females will be denied my apologies.
