Hi there, I’ve just had my housemate leave for greener pastures due to his desire to nest and now I’m left with the unenviable task of finding a suitable housemate. The house is situated on top of the hill in the ‘dina and has water views and is close to the shops. As far as facilities go the house is neat and tidy with spacious indoor and outdoor living quarters. The house is fully furnished and there is even a good double sized bed if you require it. The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms so you will have your own space to enjoy. I’m not in any rush to find someone, however I’m more focused on looking for suitable person so I’m more than happy to chat and find out what we are both looking for in order to ensure we are both happy.

Carpets were recently steam cleaned and the paint is fairly new. Its rustic yet clean. If you like gardening there is plenty of space to grow anything.
