As a tenant, you will have your own room with a single double-cot bed, a study table & chair, large mirror attached built in wardrobe and a common bathroom and toilet shared between 2 rooms only. It is located nearby to Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre & Calamvale Central Shopping Centre and is in a walking distance to a beautiful family recreation park and the bus stop that's just 7 to 8 minutes of walking distance from the house. It takes 15-20 minutes of drive to Brisbane CBD. You will also get access to Unlimited Free Internet. Please note the bills are not included in the rent and it is usually around $8 - $12 (usually lesser) per person per week depending on its usage. The bills will be equally split between the housemates in the house.
