I am in my 50s and Vietnamese-Australian. I like interacting with others but respect their privacy. I like walking in the bush, on the beaches, and travelling. I stay at home 4 days a week.

The house is a new build so there is nothing until I move in next week.
The room is empty now but it is flexible.

You only share the bathroom with one person when one moves in. The room is 3.5x3, with a built-in robe and mirror, 2 power outlets on 2 sides, and ducted air conditioning and a fan.

Parking is in the driveway.

I am looking for someone who respects cleanliness, tidiness, and other people; pays rent on time, and can take turns to clean the common area. You can have a guest stay overnight one night a week or otherwise with permission.

Woolworths, childcare, McDonald's, indian grocery, fish and chips ( intersection Blunder Rd and Crossacres st Doolandella ) are approximately within 5 minutes walking.

Forest Lake Plaza and Inala Plaza are 6 minutes by car.

The corner shopping centre is 10 minutes walking ( bakery, cheese cake…)

There are over 20 houses at 53 Crossacres St, and all are new builds.

If you want your own bathroom then the rent will be negotiable. So you will share the house with only me.

Bond and rent are to be paid by direct bank transfer into my bank account.
