This unit overlooks the Sweeney Park Reserve and has a friendly and secure atmosphere. There is also a pool in the complex. It is located very close to the Petrie Train Station and Woolworths so it would work great for someone with or without a car. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. So you've got your own bathroom and also your own little private courtyard outside your bedroom. There is a lockable storage area under the unit if needed. Parking will be within the complex in the visitor car parks (plenty of parking spaces but not undercover). As the utilities aren’t included in the rent they will be divided equally.
