The unit is part of the 'Petrie on the Park' complex. It is a beautiful, quiet place with a friendly community. The location is great as it looks out on the Park. It is close to the Petrie Train Station and is a 9 minute walk (1 minute drive) to the local woolworths. So this place would also suit someone without a car. There is also an on-site swimming pool. You would get your own bathroom and private tiled courtyard. As I have moved in recently, the unit is currently only semi-furnished with a large fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances, utensils and a table. I am holding off purchasing new furniture in case my new housemate has furniture of their own (so we don't double up and have to store some - there is a lockable storage area under the unit if required). If not, I would be happy to purchase some more furniture in the future. In regards to parking your car, there are visitor car parks within the complex which are close to the unit which you could use. All bills will be split equally (water is included with the unit unless we go over a certain amount).

Great property to live in. Basically you will have most of downstairs to yourself. There are 2 lounge rooms of which one will be yours. It is massive. Huge kitchen and dinning area with gorgeus porcelaine tiles. The bedroom has a massive built in wardrobe and double sliding door to the backyard which is massive. Bedroom also has its own ensuite and laundry. The house has 2 driveways so one will be yours. Coles shopping centre, buses and servo only 5 minute walk. Neighbours are very quiet and friendly.

This is a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Currently there is no other housemate. My husband and I will stay at the property only if we are in Brisbane; maybe once a quarter. It is a quiet street and friendly suburb. We are looking to do some home updates and perhaps add a new bathroom at some stage which is why we are not renting the whole house out as we have been doing for the past years. We hope to find someone who will enjoy the quiet and live in it as if it's their own. We have not added any photos at this stage as there are tenants living there and for security reasons. We will be back from 17 April to 25 April if you wish to view it.
The townhouse is 5 minutes drive from North Lakes shopping centre (Coles, Woolworths, IKEA, Kmart etc.) and only 2 minutes away from Kallangur train station (walking distance). It is also close to the Highway, so it only takes about 25 minutes to get to the airport. I have a cute little undercover area outside, which is perfect for a peaceful breakfast watching the sunrise and an open plan living room and (fully stocked) kitchen downstairs. The complex has a Pool, and NBN (unlimited internet included - and happy to share my Netflix and Stan accounts!).

I have a double story house in Strathpine. I live in a flat downstairs. There are three (3) rooms upstairs which I have made available to let. 2 of the rooms are being let to mature adults one who has a young child who comes and stays every 2nd weekend. The upstairs common areas are fully furnished.Essentially the upstairs area is a share-house for (3) three tenants. The rent is $150.00 per week and includes free internet access, electricity bill (caped at $550.00) and Foxtel. I also have a dog. However, he tends to stay in the big back yard or otherwise in my flat downstairs. There are assorted shops just 15 mins walk down the road together with the local Train station, which is only 30 mins from Brisbane CBD. New tenant will be required to pay a bond of two (2) weeks rent.
