Room 1 is furnished as shown in the photos. It is smaller and has AC. Dual glazed window.

Room 2 is furnished as shown in the photos. The room is medium size, does't have AC. Windows facing north-west, coolest room in the house. I can organise a fan if needed.

About me
I work full time in healthcare. Leaving home 6.40am most days. I like hiking, going to the beach, baking. Taking my dog to various parks.
The dog is 11-year-old rescue greyhound - very quiet, sleeps most of the day. No barking, no jumping. No doggy smell due to short coat with no undercoat, minimal to no shedding. Likes cuddles but doesn't bother anyone in general or during meals. Just keeps to herself, snoozing the day away. Great for people who love calm dogs.
