Each room includes:
Single bed with standard single mattress size 92x189cm (can extend to king)
Bedside table, desk, lamp
Built-in wardrobe, cube shelving
Mattress protector, fitted sheet, large cushion
Shoe rack
Venetian blinds and block-out curtains in windows
Door lock
(All items must be returned when you move out.)

Room 1 is furnished as shown in the photos. It is smaller and has AC. Window is facing the road. $250 per week + electricity

Room 2 is currently furnished with a queen bed, desk, and bedside table. Once the right person is found, it will be furnished with an identical single bed (extendable to a king) as the one in Room 1, white bedside table, and white desk. The room is bigger but it does't have AC. Window is facing the courtyard. $230 per week + electricity

Rooms can also be unfurnished if preferred.

About me
I work full time. I enjoy quiet weekends at home to rest.
I have an 11-year-old rescue greyhound. She is calm, friendly, and sleeps most of the day inside or in the courtyard.

The bill is shared every 3 months. Estimated cost: $200 per person per 3 months (moderate use).

Cleaning
We share weekly cleaning. Each week one person cleans either:

Vacuum and mop shared areas and their bedroom
