We move in on 25th of Feb. So i dont have the best photos of it as ive only been inside it once. The house owned through a family friend of a friend. It has plenty of living space, so we would not be in eachothers face all day. The bed rooms are not huge but have built in wardrobes. Share bathroom with 1 person. The house has aircon. There is a large rumpus room with a built in bar! There is also a large space for activitys out the back and a shed. Good working kitchen and dining area. Has a Back pergola and nice yard. There is on site sheltered parking! The walls and carpet are brand new ( done last week ). NBN will be connected and included in the rent value. Will probably have netflix or stan connected at some stage so you can have free reign on that. Plenty of room for you to also set up own computer / study area if need be. Electricity we will just devide up 3 ways when it comes, not a power nazi but we like to be conservative to a certain degree. Smoking friendly, but you must do that outside in the back pergola or shed. We may be getting a puppy at some stage, so plenty of puppy cuddles etc!
