I have most everything I need downstairs so will not bother you much but I come upstairs a couple times a week to use big kitchen. Wooden floors upstairs. Smoking ok on balcony. Laundry is located in my kitchenette but is shared space, you can access that and do washing anytime. Laundry powder is provided. I take care of the yard, too. Pets ok provided they get on with my small dog. Pet doors installed upstairs, pets inside is fine. Pref smaller dogs as I have small one but a friendly big one is cool too. But a big one might struggle with the small pet doors 😂 I’m only looking to rent the rooms to students or people working full time. I would prefer flatmates without children. I am happy to write up a lease but only for six months to start. I’m not going anywhere in six months but just easier for everyone if it doesn’t work out. Can do year lease after six months 👍

There are three (3) rooms upstairs which I have made available to let. 2 of the rooms are being let to mature adults one who has a young child who comes and stays every 2nd weekend.
