About the flatmates
Hello, we are a family of three (plus a Maltese x dog and bird) who have a spare room, fully furnished available for rent in Bray Park, approximately 2km from the train station and 5 kilometres from UniSC. Approx 600 metres to Kensington Shops. We are looking for a female, preferably at University, non-smoker who wants to live with a family, but having your own space. The bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe, draws and shared bathroom with our 19 year old daughter. Our house is clean and modern with an open living area and media room. Rent of $200 includes all bills and if you would prefer to enjoy cooked meals (including drinks and snacks), it is $250 per week (optional). We are friendly, very chilled and enjoy relaxing, watching a good series on Netflix (subscriptions available to share). If you are keen to visit, please give me a call. Please note that Bray Park is approximately 35 minutes by train to the CBD. Our house also has a home office which is available to share with my wife that works and studies from home most days.
