The room is a king bed room with a ceiling fan. It is fully furnished except for towels and linen, the bathroom has a shower, bath and seperate toilet which is only shared when guests stay (not often) In the lounge there is aircon and Foxtel. Our flat mate must like animals! We have a puppy and 2 cats who are very dominant in the household. Also no party’s/drugs, we are both working professionals who like a relaxed home life. Unlimited NBN is included in rent along with electricity (so long as no used ridiculously), gas and Foxtel.
Large fenced block in quiet leafy street next to Pine River. Nice house. Ten mins walk to Lawnton train station and shops, fifteen mins walk to Petrie station. I live downstairs and rent out the three rooms upstairs. Upstairs consists of three bedrooms sharing a bathroom, seperate toilet, kitchen, dining room and lounge room. I have most everything I need downstairs so will not bother you much but I come upstairs a couple times a week to use big kitchen. Wooden floors upstairs. Smoking ok on balcony. Laundry is located in my kitchenette but is shared space, you can access that and do washing anytime. Laundry powder is provided. I take care of the yard, too. Pets ok provided they get on with my small dog. Pet doors installed upstairs, pets inside is fine. Pref smaller dogs as I have small one but a friendly big one is cool too. But a big one might struggle with the small pet doors 😂 I’m only looking to rent the rooms to students or people working full time. I would prefer flatmates without children. I am happy to write up a lease but only for six months to start. I’m not going anywhere in six months but just easier for everyone if it doesn’t work out. Can do year lease after six months 👍

This is a near brand new property (about 2 years) that i have just bought as my first house ever. I just need 1-2 flatmates to ensure i don't go broke and have to sell it! I am 50-50 on whether to have just one housemate or two at the moment but we can talk about a third after moving in. The house is about 900 metres from all the main shops in Strathpine along with the main shopping center about an extra 500 metres. It's in one of those cool little communities that i've never seen before (as i'm from Melbourne, but don't hold that against me). The place has AC, Dishwasher and NBN.
