This is a quality-built, comfortable home with 2.7m high ceilings and a spacious, mostly unused media room. The house feels open and airy, with plenty of space to relax or study.
It’s a safe neighborhood with an easy walk to Warner Tavern and Warner Market Place, which has Woolworths, Aldi, a gym and a range of specialty shops. Bray Park and Lawnton train stations are around a 9-minute drive, Strathpine Station and Shopping Centre about 12 minutes away, as is the Sunshine Coast University (Petrie campus).
Bus services are available nearby on Samsonvale and Old North Roads. But please check services as I'm no expert.

Hi, I’m Glen (60), a long-time retailer, and my wife Beem (45) is a dental technician. We’re a quiet, tidy couple with no pets, currently paying off our home.
We have two rooms available and are looking for female housemates so that my wife feels completely comfortable sharing our space (sorry, no male applicants). We rarely have guests over — we usually meet friends out for a meal or an activity — so this definitely isn’t a party house. Evenings at home are pretty low-key, with one of us studying and the other on a laptop or iPad.
We’re hoping to find kind, easy-going, non-smoking (vaping outside is fine) housemates who are respectful, responsible, have no criminal history, and can reliably keep up with rent and bills.
