The property Beautiful spacious modern home. Easy on the eye with a massive kitchen, double lock up garage, cosy living, some gym and lovely big back deck and patio for entertaining. The room available has a large built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Pretty decent sized room. Bathroom is shared with one housemate only. The Housemates Myself and Sarah are both hard workers. I travel A LOT!! So there will be weeks where you don't see me at all. Sarah works full time and is usually out and about on the weekends so you'll have plenty of personal space but we do try and have a few cute little housemate dinners during the week. As i am in my early 20s i have no worries what so ever with tenants have the occasional piss up aslong as i am issued with notice to make the other tenants aware. I am extremely easy going and love the afternoon beers and will always remain that way aslong as i am treated with respect and honesty. The common room is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi will be made available. I have two undercover car parks which will go to the first two tenants to move in deeming they have a vehicle to take its place. For those who are worried about public transport being more than walking distance away i am more than happy to shout lifts to and from the train station. All bills and laundry supplies are included in the weekly rental amount and i will require two weeks upfront. Rooms can either come furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs.
