The property is conveniently close to Warner Market Place, the University of the Sunshine Coast (Petrie campus), Strathpine Shopping Centre, medical centres, with a bus stop less than 100m away and a nearby train station.
There are two rooms to choose from:
• Room 1: 2.6m x 3.6m — fits a queen bed, bedside table and tallboy
• Room 2: 3.1m x 2.6m — compact but functional, suits a double or queen bed
The bathroom is shared, though I’m pretty low-impact and keep things tidy and easy.
The bond includes two weeks’ rent in advance, meaning your final two weeks are already covered if you decide to move on later down the track.

About the flatmates
I’m 35, work 5–6 days a week and keep pretty busy. When I’m not working, I’m usually at the gym, outdoors, or catching up with mates. I have a friendly, well-behaved dog who’s used to being around people. I’m easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for a relaxed, friendly household.
