About the property
The house is a great size and offers plenty of space and privacy. It has three bedrooms, and you’ll have your own bathroom and toilet located at the back of the house, giving you a bit of separation and your own space.
It’s fully furnished, so all you need to bring are your personal belongings. There’s a double garage, which currently has a spare car and some tools stored in it, but there’s still room to fit a small car inside if needed.
The home is located in a quiet, friendly court where everyone keeps to themselves. We’re next door to two families — one has a dog and the other has two cats — so it’s a nice, relaxed neighbourhood feel.
Your room includes a fan, and there’s air conditioning in the lounge room for the warmer months. The backyard is a good size, easy to maintain, and has a small covered concrete patio area that would be great with a bit of outdoor furniture if you enjoy sitting outside.
The house backs onto a main road, but it’s surprisingly quiet given that it’s fairly busy — traffic noise is minimal and doesn’t tend to be disruptive.

About the flatmates
I’m a 33-year-old FIFO worker doing a one week on, one week off roster, rotating between one week of days and one week of nights. When I’m home from work, I like to keep things pretty relaxed — I value downtime and a calm, easygoing environment.
I’m big on the outdoors and making the most of my time off. I enjoy water skiing, camping, and getting out in the 4WD whenever I can. I also go to the gym regularly and try to look after myself, living a fairly healthy lifestyle overall.
I’m generally pretty chill, quiet, and tend to keep to myself. I respect other people’s space and appreciate the same in return. I’ve got a big Toyota Land Cruiser that I’ve put a lot of time and effort into — it’s a bit noisy, but I love it and it’s a bit of a passion project for me.
I’ve been living with my sister, but she’s moving out, which is why I’m looking for a new housemate. The house is fully furnished, so you’d only need to bring your personal belongings. There’s also a queen-size bed currently in the room (as shown in the photos) that’s available if wanted — otherwise, I’m happy to sell it. If you have additional furniture you’d like to bring, we can definitely work something out.
An ideal housemate would be someone who works full-time and enjoys a balanced, independent lifestyle. They take pride in keeping both their own space and the shared areas clean and tidy, understanding that a comfortable home is a shared responsibility.
Male or female are equally welcome — what matters most is being respectful, considerate, and easy to live with.
A non-smoker is essential, and unfortunately pets aren’t suitable for the property.
