A two-minute walk to nearby bus stop, Bray Park Train Station and open parkland.

1. Large Bed Room with AC and internal wardrobes and private bathroom available for rent. Rent is $400 including Water,gas,electricity, unlimited internet bills. Must be very tidy and clean person. Two weeks rent (Bond) and one weeks rent in advance.
