Petrie, Brisbane

Hi everyone, just putting my place out here to see if anyone would be keen for a short term stay at my place. I'll be going overseas next week (17 Feb) and will return on 13 March. So you would get my place all to yourself during that time. I'm open to living with a housemate on return, flexible to fit in with your plans.

Top notch location – Petrie station is only less than 5 minute walk from the complex, with express trains departing to the city every 6 minutes during the peak. Petrie is probably the farthest you can live from the city while still being within 30 minutes of the CBD. 50c journeys is the life right now. USC Petrie is just across the train line, so for those studying, this is probably as close as you can get to campus.

Our complex features a café on the ground level, and across the road, you'll find Dominos, as well as Chinese and Indian food outlets. Woolworths is just 350 meters further down the road. Everything you need is at your fingertips.

Your room – is basically brand new, it's only been tenanted once previously for 10 weeks! You’ll have a dedicated bathroom that also contains the laundry, and a privacy door, so your space, is your space. There’s also access to the balcony to catch those early morning rays. The room is fully furnished.

The apartment has air conditioning throughout, although the insulation is first class. I rarely feel cold in winter, and in summer, the heat stays out.

The kitchen and fridge are basically yours. I eat most of my meals on the go, but if you ever want to share an occasional meal or catch up, I’m easygoing.

All bills are included in the rent. Unlimited 5G internet, Foxtel. All I ask is that you're considerate with electricity and water usage, and life will be easy.
