HI There, I have seven studio apartments in Manly. They have been used in the past by ICMS students. I am ideally looking for the same scenario or students studying in Manly. All rooms have a fully equipped kitchen and are available right now. All bills are included and there is a washer and dryer onsite. This would be a shared room style scenario. I would not expect girls and guys in the same apartment. I also have a few private rooms that can be rented long term as well. We are located only 100 meters to the beach and close to many cafes and Harris Farm Supermarket. The private rooms are around the $500 mark per week and the units are around the $650 mark. It is at your discretion if you live one two or three people per room.

I absolutely love living here. Its quiet, close to the beach and shops and it has house-like proportions. I love the light-filled lounge / dining area, I love the quaint backyard. I love that it takes me 10 minutes to get to the beach and more than all of that - it just feels like home. The rooms are ok in size, and both have built-ins. The room that's on offer is the smaller of the two and at the moment is furnished - with a bed, side table desk and chair. I would prefer to keep it furnished but I am flexible. The rest of the house is fully furnished - so you can move straight in! I have a beautiful bozo of a cat - his name is Jez and he's my best friend. Give him a cuddle and he is your friend for life. I just adore him and so will you. But because of him, we sadly can't have any other pets. There is plenty of street parking and room for a little car/ scooter on the premises. There is an additional loo downstairs, a dishwasher, great size pantry, floorboards, great neighbours - the list goes on.
