Where do I start! The whole house is just at the very end of major internal renovations. Two brand new bathrooms and a kitchen is a to die for, there are even two ovens. The kitchen is part of the open plan living area but there is a separate room that can be set up as a tv snug/separate lounge. The whole house has aircon. The room on offer has a very large ensuite, is downstairs seperate from the rest of the house and has very large patio doors leading out to the garden, it even has it's own entrance if you want to use it down the side of the house (see photo). The garden is big and needs some love, I love gardening and hope to be transforming it over the next year as well as having a vegi patch, that I am happy to share with any green fingered types. Very peaceful cul de sac location, but only 7 min walk to freshwater shops and the Stowaway bar if you know it. Lots of room for surf boards etc in garage. Am not really decided on rent and bills etc and if I am looking for 1 or 2 flatmates, it is a 4 bed house. I do have parents due to visiting at present but they have a campervan, so will come and go over the first few months of the year. Well it's a quiet neighbourhood with children on this street so hopefully you're good with that & some times maybe parties goin on from other unit blocks but not as many as you might think & the room is large it overlooks manly & Queenscliff beaches from the hill top,privacy is definitely a plus as the room advertised has a lock from the inside only.It's furnished with wardrobes (2) a dresser & it has only a bed base but no mattress as I've had so many flatmates as in 4 so umm you know can't keep buying mattresses all the time.

We like good food, wine, and company, being healthy and active, and are both social and out and about a lot, but also like quiet time in. Not a Party flat, but more a dinner party and wine one. We love living here and hope you will too! Looking for a respectful, social and fun individual in their late twenties or thirties. Caveat, and I hope this doesn't sound anal, but is important to mention - please be house trained, meaning clean and used to tidying up after yourself for a presentable home (= e.g. put away dishes, wipe down kitchen bench after use, nothing outrageous really!).
