Hi there, I have 1 room to rent in my lovely flat in Queenscliff. It is a quiet area with local shops and public transport nearby. The fully furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living/dining area, kitchen, private laundry with washing machine and a sunny balcony with ocean view. 5 minutes to the bus stops (Manly/Chastwood/City etc) close to Queenscliff and Freshwater beach and only 15 minutes walking to Manly Beach. The room is fully furnished with bed, built in wardrobe and bed side table.
Our apartment is close to both Freshwater and Queenscliff beach. Buses to and from the city run from outside the building. The second bedroom comes with a recently built ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. A TV will also be mounted to the wall which will include a chrome-caster that can be used to access our Netflix and Kayo sports subscriptions, as well as free tv applications. Our home has a large, recently renovated kitchen, and a large terrace which gets sunlight almost all day. It is a perfect spot for a barbeque, or a quiet afternoon spent watching the sun go down.
A beautiful place that's bright, open and spacious. You're literally a street away from the beach and a 2 min walk to the ferry. Looking for one person to share my flat with - sorry no couples or friends. The flat that has freshly painted walls, gorgeous floorboards throughout, a new kitchen, new bathroom and two balconies. The pics have old furniture as these were the previous tenants - mine is a lot nicer ;) The double bedroom available is large (3x3.5m), there's plenty space for a bed plus a desk or other furniture. There's a nice big window looking out to the back of the house so you have privacy and it offers loads of light. No built-in wardrobe but plenty of space for one. Kitchen is spacious and I have a good selection of appliances and cooking gear. Internal laundry included. Newly fitted bathroom offers a walk-in shower - hooray - and is spacious. There's a cupboard near the front door that fits the hoover and other random bits. There's also a balcony off the kitchen for additional storage in case you have suitcases, bikes or want to hang your washing outdoors. Front balcony will be kitted out with plants, BBQ and outdoor seating to chill on through these gorgeous summer nights. Bills aren't included but you'd only have monthly internet (roughly $35) and quarterly gas and electric. Move in date from Wednesday 20th November. All in all, it's a great place to call home :)

The bright and airy apartment is in an awesome Art Deco building with only 4 units in the block and it’s 100 metres walk from Balmoral Beach. Yay!! The outlook is pretty trees and the street is gorgeous. The apartment is light and airy with a pretty modern bathroom and kitchen, stunning original ceilings, beautiful skylights that make it light and bright and great modern furniture. My friends always comment that the apartment has a peaceful feeling to it. The bedroom available is a nice space with a sunny outlook. You’ll sleep well, wake up refreshed, cook beautiful meals in the sunny kitchen and feel at home and relaxed. The bedroom is fully furnished, just as the pictures show, there’s a comfortable bed, designer bedsides and matching lamps and a cream leather Barcelona chair. It also has a big built-in wardrobe to store all your much loved belongings easily. Quality linens and towels and beach towels are also available if you want to use these or feel free to use your own if you’d like to. All the usual stuff is here to enjoy, Wifi, utilities, netflix, new kitchen appliances, internal laundry with new washer and dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, tv etc. I have an amazing Filipino lady who comes to clean the apartment very fortnight. I love her!! She’s like Mary Poppins :) has the sweetest manner and the place is always sparkling when she’s been. The cost of bills and the cleaner is on top of the rent amount. Would be great to have someone move in for at least 6-12 months. Could be ideal for someone who has just moved to Sydney or just wants a lovely beachside home. It’s such a lovely place to live and will be great to have a fab new flatmate who wants to live in Balmoral. I’ve lived here for 3 years and love the beachside lifestyle. I get up in the mornings have a swim or walk by the water an awesome way to start the day. Fish and chips in the evening, amazing cafes for coffee and lunch at the doorstep, special restaurants for dinner, sunbathing in the afternoon, a morning kayak or SUP, coastal walks (I love the one to Taronga zoo overlooking the heads) or wander up to the Mosman village and all the fabulous shops. All this and it is also so close to the city. It’s just heavenly. Like living life on a permanent beachside holiday.

Secure complex. 5-min walk (2-min panicked jog) to the South Mosman Ferry which a 15-min trip to Circular Quay. 5 min bus (15 - 20 min walk) to Mosman Junction where there are restaurants and public transport to anywhere and everywhere.
