I am English and so is Morgan, and we both work full time. We are friendly and fun, have a nice life balance, clean and tidy, have a chat or your own space.... we are easy going whatever suits you. We like a drink but its not a party house. The Apartment itself is quite big. The bedroom is spacious and has lots of light, has mirrored double wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath and shower, you will only share this with Morgan because I have an en-suite. There are 2 balconies on either side of the apartment and an outdoor large courtyard for private use with a BBQ. Internal laundry and Internal garbage shoot on the same floor. There is also a large double cage for car/stuff/bikes/surf board or whatever - but its pretty packed right now so would have to make room for another car, there is plenty of street parking tho The apartment has - Foxtel, Wifi, Air con & heating The building itself, has nice communal gardens and a small gym. Literally a 15 minute walk through the park to Queenscliff beach, and there is a bus to the city stops outside. There is a bus stop in front of the flat going to warringha mall, Dee why, city, Manly etc.. you can walk to beautiful Manly beach through a park and also walking distance to Freshwater beach. It’s very quiet environment with a lot of nature around. For a couple, rental fee is $500/week.

Walk to Manly, 200m to Freshwater Beach, 500m to Queenscliff, 139 bus at the door (to Manly Wharf or Warringah Mall), it's an older style apartment - so nothing too flash - but it has a HUGE verandah which is awesome in summer nights. Almost everything is in the apartment already other than what you need in your room... Electricity costs have been $160 each per quarter. No air con or heating - doesn't need it tbh! but everything else is already there (fridge, washing machine, lounge, tv etc etc). Coffee shop 50m away. Sorry, no pets or smokers.

Hey Guys, We have a massive beach house right on Freshie beach, 100m from the water and have a newly spare room! House has: street parking, enclosed backyard with patio, spa in the yard, outdoor shower, living and dining rooms, 2 bathrooms, wifi; 4 legends currently living here The spare room is at the front of the house, fits a queen and has a built in wardrobe with heaps of space. Would be sharing a really nice modern bathroom with heather.
Amazing beachside address. Step out the door and stroll to Freshwater Beach or village shops/supermarket/restaurants and cafes within three minutes, Manly Wharf and express city buses are only 300m away and you can walk to The Corso in less than 25 minutes. Its fully furnished. The room for rent is sunny room with an as-new double bed, hanging rack and small set of drawers, can fit or organise more if you like. The flat is bright and breezy with timber flooring, the living and dining area opens to a sunny balcony with a cute table and seating plus a barbecue. The kitchen is tidy with a gas stove and has everything you need including a microwave. The bathroom is tidy, has a new vanity and shower over bath, the shower pressure is amazing. There's a laundry where I have my own machine and there's plenty of on-street parking. I'm flexible to negotiate length of stay, terms or furniture for the right person.

We currently have a spare double room available to rent to hopefully someone chilled, tidy and a lover of natural beauty which is on view Every day...... whales, dolphins, and all the other great stuff manly beach and the ocean offers up! Unbelievable views of all of manly beach, right over to the harbour, south heads and around to queenscliff too! Absolutley stunning 50 metre walk across the road to the beach, pretty much as close as you can possibly get, with queenscliff tidal pool about 200 metres away too! The apartment is HUGE, big living room, separate dining area, big kitchen with loads of cupboards and TWO massive balconies, one accessed from your room, the other from the living area, if there are better views of manly beach, i would love to see it The apartment is way up on the 13th floor but the building has 2 fast lifts to get there, no need for any exhausting staircase walks and the entire building is Super secure, with video access to see who's at the front door when buzzing in. The apartment is as good as it gets for temperature control too, great cooling breezes when it’s summer time and in winter gets nearly all the days sun so the building is kept nice and warm then The awesome Salty Rooster is the closest place to grab some food, possibly reason enough to move in!

Second bedroom in a newly renovated ground floor unit in a quiet street. Five minute walk to Freshwater village, restaurants, coffee shops and Freshwater Beach. Bathroom is original but is all functional and clean. The flat is fully furnished in a beach style. All kitchen items are supplied. Your room is unfurnished, however, it has a large built in wardrobe and block out curtains. The photo of the master bedroom is not your room but will give you an idea. The second bedroom is smaller. There is an internal laundry off the kitchen with a washer and dryer. Quarterly bills kept pretty low and are split 50/50. The most recent bills were in total (so you would pay half of the below): Gas - $127 Electric - $171 Water - $177 (this is a standard rate for units and remains the same every quarter) Internet is unlimited. NBN is coming later this year, no date yet. It is $70/month and includes a home phone with 120 minutes per month of overseas calls which we can split too. I have a cleaner who comes fortnightly and does all the washing floors and vacuuming, In between cleans we keep it tidy and do the basics ourselves. Parking is available on the streets around the area. There are no time limits.

The property is only 5 minutes walk to the best surf in Manly. 5 minutes walk to the awesome Harris Farm. And 7 minutes bike ride to the Ferry. You can also take the express bus to the city in the corner of our house. Included in the weekly price is a house keeping service once a week, to keep things nice and tidy! You have the renovated public swim centre, lots of parks around and on street parking. The flat has a great garden that is shared with other 3 units. And a shared bbq and garden equipment. We also have an avocado tree and several herbs. The neighbourhood is very friendly and you can frequently hear kids or families playing in the public swing from our frontyard. Also the streetbis very quiet with almost no traffic.

Come and live in my terrace style house, which is set over two levels and features an amazing kitchen with sliding door opening to the outdoor area - a covered all-weather entertainer's courtyard. Entertaining heaven - even when the sun's not out :-) The lower level features open plan living and dining with polished concreted floors and a sleek stainless steel kitchen with chef's grade Ilve gas cooker. There is also a guest toilet on this level. Upper level accommodation comprises 4 good size bedrooms of which we use 3 permanently... The room available is $430 and an additional $25 which covers the usual (gas, electricity, water and internet) but also, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and so on... In case of short term stays (up to a months max) - the weekly rent goes up +$50 and additionally +$100 with double occupancy. For long term we can't accept couples - sorry!!! Just not enough space... The main bathroom with a full bath tub and shower, beautifully tiled is also on the top level. The location is an amazingly convenient 100m to the main beach in Manly and only a few hundred meters to the centre of Manly and the wharf. The bedroom has a good size with a queen size bed and good amounts of wardrobe space.. The whole house and the room are fully furnished.
