Hi there, We have an amazing 3 bedrrom beach front apartment and we are looking for someone to fill the third room. Perched on the edge of Queenscliff beach, it boasts some of the best views, stretching 270 degrees from the ocean and pool, across the entire breadth of iconic Manly. It is a security block, lift access, floor-to-ceiling windows so its super bright, every room has access to a fully wrapped balcony and timber floors throughout living area. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern and a good size and we have an internal laundry also. We have our own steps from the building directly onto the beach also!!! The room itself is unfurnished and has enough room for a bed, set of drawers and a stand alone cupboard (there is no built in so you would need to bring a cupboard with you). The bedroom has a full sliding door and great views of the ocean from the room itself!!
This flat is in a brilliant location just 100m from the beach, Queenscliff Rock Pool and Manly Lagoon Reserve! Manly is just a short walk away (or even shorter ride). The flat is on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a new bathroom, modern kitchen, balcony (no views sorry) and the bedroom has a walk in robe. There is air con in the living area and a storage unit at ground level (half garage size) for storing bikes and a few other things. It has a floor to roof 4 door built in wardrobe (and mirror) and easily fits a queen bed, side tables and/or a chest of draws/bookshelf/desk. The property is only 5 minutes walk to the best surf in Manly. 5 minutes walk to the awesome Harris Farm. And 7 minutes bike ride to the Ferry. You can also take the express bus to the city in the corner of our house. You have the renovated public swim centre, lots of parks around and on street parking. The flat has a great garden that is shared with other 3 units. And a shared bbq and garden equipment. We also have an avocado tree and several herbs. The neighbourhood is very friendly and you can frequently hear kids or families playing in the public swing from our frontyard. Also the streetbis very quiet with almost no traffic.
