The available bedroom has a coat hanger, bedside tables and a comfortable queen size bed for a maximum of 2 people. It also has independent access, so you can come and go as you please. The shared living room has a 32" screen, DVD player and WiFi internet access, and the bathroom has been redone recently. There's also a washing machine available in a shared room downstairs. There is enough storage for clothes / boxes and a couple or short surfboards - but not big enough to keep a long board as the ceilings are not high. Lots of light here especially in the afternoon. housemates stuff is still in the room so you will have ti imagine the pics without furniture. The flat is a little older but is filled with plants and a mix of modern and vintage furniture, we have loved living here the past 18 months! The neighbors are great and freshwater is a small close knit community - if you are not from the area you'll get to know people pretty quick!

Manly Beachfront, old 3 Bedroom home, on top floor of building. Split level. Upstairs offers two bedrooms available to rent. Directly on beach and all rooms have own private balconies. Larger room has smaller balcony, however offers direct beach views. Smaller available room is large enough to fit a Queen-sized bed and side-table, maybe even small cabinet...but does offer the biggest balcony overlooking Queenscliff! All rooms have mirrored built-in robes. One bathroom is also on the top floor to share with other flattie. Flat walk/bike/skate into Manly and ferries - takes approximately 20mins to walk (5mins on bicycle). We have broadband internet, washing machine/dryer/dishwasher and you have free use of everything in the kitchen and living rooms. Generally, as flatmates, we have paid $20 extra per week into a "Flatmates account" - which we the use to pay the bills; which has worked out pretty well and doesn't cause any unwanted surprises.

Hey! Melrose is an awesome sharehouse located in Manly. It is a bright house with a big backyard. We are about 150m walk to Queenscliff beach and a 10 minute walk to the corso and ferry. The lounge room has a gas fireplace which is awesome in winter and we have a parking permit available per room.
This is a really great 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit that is already fully furnished. It is on the 3rd floor of a really secure unit in a beautiful part of Manly. The beach is a 30 second walk away, whilst it is only about a 20 minute walk to Manly Wharf. A Harris Farm market is located about 5 minutes away on foot. The unit has a large live area, balcony with BBQ. A separate kitchen and large dining table. FOXTEL and internet are already installed. I have lived here for two years and it's a great apartment with an excellent land lady. Happy to negotiate regarding the rent.

Entertaining heaven - even when the sun's not out :-) The lower level features open plan living and dining with polished concreted floors and a sleek stainless steel kitchen with chef's grade Ilve gas cooker. Beautiful spacious detached house with two living rooms, and an abundance of outdoor space. Extensively renovated, our charming weatherboard home is close to the heart of Manly (near Manly oval). Floor boards downstairs and carpeted upstairs. It's a gorgeous characterful home! There is always parking available just outside, and we can provide a parking permit - or there is room for a bike to be stored securely out the back! The house is on a quiet residential street with a convenience store opposite. Just 10mins walking distance to Manly town and the ferry. Free local Manly bus service is on the corner which drops you into Manly if you're feeling lazy! 3 minutes walk to Sydney Road which has regular express buses to city, Warringah Mall, North Sydney, Frenchs Forest, Chatswood etc. We absolutely love living here and hopefully so will our new flatmate. We have had several flatmates who have always been very happy and chosen to stay long term with us. This room is downstairs (room BEDROOM 3 in the diagram attached. It has a brand new double bed and a built in wardrobe and drawers. It also has a bookcase and a blanket box which can be moved out if you prefer something else. You will have almost exclusive use of downstairs bathroom (we will use the upstairs ensuite in the mornings and most other times, but require access to the downstairs loo and the occasional bath!). We would like to continue to have use of the downstairs living room which has foxtel and netflix, and you are welcome to join us there anytime and of course to use it when we are out, or else we can provide a TV/DVD in your room as well. Unlimited internet means you can stream high speed netflix etc too. There's another small living room upstairs. We (Rachel and Mark) are a professional couple and both working full time. We love to cook and hang out having long breakfasts at the weekends, spend a fair bit of time at home then but away all day during the week. We have a toddler who is generally lots of fun and tends to entertain more than he will annoy! Don’t worry he thankfully always sleeps through the night and we will keep him out of your way! We have a cat too who mainly lives outdoors but is always up for a pat. In the week it's just cooking a meal before we crash out watching tv then an early night. Pretty boring really but means our home is a bit of a haven. Happy to have a chat at the end of the day and share a glass of wine. On street parking permit included.
