Your room was originally a large sun room, it has two large windows that open and one massive window that takes up majority of the end wall, looking into the backyard. The room comes with an old but working air-conditioner and a large built in bookshelf, newly tiled floor and freshly painted walls. It is roughly 5m x 3m but I can provide more accurate measurements if needed. The kitchen has been completely updated with new appliances and a stone bench top, five burner stove with electric oven, plenty of storage space for a full house and lots of room in our new French door fridge. We have almost everything you could ever need in a kitchen. (The cupboard doors will be on from Saturday) The shared bathroom has a double vanity, new tiling and a deep 1.8m bath tub. The toilet is seperate and has its own basin and is also new. (Please ignore the messy silicone on the bath, it'll be cleaned up tomorrow haha) The lounge and dining rooms also have new flooring and fresh paint. We have Netflix and Stan, slight mountain view over the fence line, 15minute walk to Victoria Street station, five minute drive to greenhills. We also have two idiot cats, Earl (3) and Saigo (4), they're timid at first but they're very friendly once they get to know you. They are 100% indoor, and it's important for whoever moves in to like animals and also respect the cats inside rule.
