There's a couple living areas should you want to be in a different space. Huge 65" 4k TV I don't use with Netflix! I have a few chickens in the backyard, and out the front is a level undercover deck which can be ideal for smokers. It's only a 15 min drive to the city. Quiet neighbours and surrounds. Very pleasant place to live. You are free to move in whenever soon, I’m quite flexible.
As you can see by the pictures this is a brand new home in a new homes area of olive grove estate Risdon Vale. The house features 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, outdoor semi covered patio area, garage with electric roller door and is in a quiet location next to shops. Hi, We are in search of a like minded, optimistic, down to earth, clean and tidy, environmentally friendly female to live with us in our large sunny house on the eastern shore. The house is 10-15 mins from Hobart city/UTAS, and 15 mins from airport and Bellereive beach. Bus stops are a 5 minute walk up the road. We have an established veggie garden with delicious freshness that we cannot possibly eat by ourselves! There is a large verandah with a bbq and an outdoor wood fired pizza oven for those social days. The room for rent comes furnished, however if you have your own furniture then space can be arranged. The place is a perfect size for two people, with ample living space, and a separate kitchen and dining. There is a large backyard to enjoy, with views of the mountain highly prevalent. As this is my property, I am looking for someone who is going to be clean, tidy, reliable and respectful of my things. I sometimes go away for work for days at a time, so I need to know that I can trust you to care for my property as if it were your own. Close to eastlands, bus, 50m public swimming pool, parkland... waterview south to Bruny Is. Newly renovated (shared) bathroom and toilet; kitchen, freshly painted bedroom(s). Presently flatmates.com found Apple and Raquel live with me, although Apple just got a job in Adelaide (leaving by May 1st) and Raquel is about to be joined by her fellah (for a few months) until (most likely) they both move out... so they will occupy the master b/r until August, but you would have the first claim to it (if desired) after that time. Also, when Raquel and her fellah move out, I intend to look for (just) one person to replace them, as opposed a pair of people or couple. The rent is negotiable (around $150 p.w.) depending on whether (or not) the price is all inclusive (of bills). I will likely reduce the asking price while the place is occupied by more than 2 people, as compensation for loss of amenity, but then reinstate it if/when they leave or until their replacement is found. Hi everyone, We are currently looking for one or two new housemates for a short-term stay at our lovely Rosny villa. We have two rooms available until the beginning of June this year. Great views, plenty of space, lovely open kitchen with an excellent cooktop, three toilets and two bathrooms, three outdoor areas including a deck and a budding garden. There is too much to tell, have a look at the photos. Below is a little about us: We are three guys who have known one another since high school and have lived together for a while. We are a sociable and pretty tight-knit bunch, we enjoy having a relaxed drink, playing video games together (Smash Bros), and hanging out and watching Netflix. We cook communally most nights and keep a tidy environment, and generally look out for one another. We have a super-friendly cat named Bam who is literally the most chill creature on the planet. The house includes an espresso machine for those who are coffee drinkers, unlimited internet, as well as a great printer available for those who may be undertaking university studies. Our ideal housemate would be a professional or postgraduate student (these are just a guide - don't let this put you off if you are interested) with a stable financial situation. The room is of a decent size and can easily fit a double bed, desk, bookshelf, etc and also has its own little built in wardrobe. Super close to Coles New Town and multiple options for bus routes. 1.5 k to North Hobart strip. The house has solar hot water which keeps help electricity costs down as well as an excellent and recently serviced heat pump/aircon. Nearly every area of the house has been renovated in the last 12 months and is completely furnished with new appliances, the room however is not furnished. The house is owned by a family member and landlordy responsibilities are shared between them and myself. The internet is $30 a month and there will be $600 bond required. We’re offering a six month lease.
This is a great place to live- its a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms with 2 TVs- it's an easy five minute walk to Bellerive Beach, and Bellerive Quay which boasts shops and eateries. The house has 5 bedrooms (so plenty of space), internet and Netflix included, great views of Mount Wellington from some rooms. It is easy working distance to the city (about 10mins), close to the Aquatic Centre and Botanical Gardens. It has heating, a modern kitchen with all the essentials like a dishwasher so it makes this an easy task :), and a nice bathroom with a spa bath for those times you just want to really relax and a sunny outdoor patio with an enclosed back veranda that catches the sun. At this stage I am only looking to rent out one room and a third shortly down the track, I wouldn't want any more than this though and it would be important to me that everyone got on well.
