About the property
This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite and 1 shared), open plan kitchen-living, garage, laundry, back yard (with veggie patches😮) and plenty of storage.
It has a heat pump for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer (duh), street parking right out the front, a nice view of the mountain from the back yard and neighbours who are primarily retirees and young families.
The room we are looking to fill (pictured) will be utilising the shared bathroom (pictured). It can come furnished with a bed and chest of draws (pictured) if this is desired.
The kitchen consists of an induction cook top, microwave, fridge, coffee machine to help satiate your caffine addiction, and all the other general bits n bobs you might expect of a kitchen.

About the flatmates
Currently we are two people, myself (Josh) and my roommate Eman (Em). We are looking for a third soul to become apart of our beautiful home and fill our empty room.
I am 25 years old and a student working part time whilst studying my Masters of Engineering at UTAS. I regularly climb, enjoy reading, hiking, music and getting out in the garden.
I am social but often appreciate time to myself.
Eman is 22 years old and working as a junior civil engineer. She enjoys hiking, fishing, her motorcycle *a sexy beast*, and cooking *to die for*.
She is a bubbly character always down for a yap and always insisting you try her food.
We would both love to find someone with similar interests, who enjoys the ocassional movie or games nights, is social and at a similar stage in life.
