Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ pursue hobbies etc. It's a lush place that is surely very inviting for those with a green thumb. The house is very old, circa 1880 and was likely one of the first establishments in the area. Yep they sure don't build them like they used to, and this old beast has certainly stood the test of time. With it comes the energies of families, lovers, artists and travelers from all walks of life across many different parts of the world. The space is a quiet place and best suited for those who like peaceful living, with the occasional dinner with friends and good banter. I have a large double room available at the front of the house. It has been recently repainted and has a queen bed, large standing desk, shelving and open hanging space for clothes. It is a comfortable space with lots of room. I would ideally like a couple in this room as it reduces rent and makes living here quite cheap, however i am open to single applicants also. We are in a fantastic location! We are right across from Botanic Park and about a 15 min walk from Rundle Street! Great for anyone who works or studies in the city or enjoys walking or riding through the parklands. We're right next to the Hackney hotel and a leisurely stroll from FIX specialty coffee. The room available will be empty but the rest of the house is furnished and we've got plenty of kitchen ware, herbs n spices etc. We also have a gas cook top and oven a coal BBQ out the back. Unfortunately we don't have any functional air conditioning for summer but we do have roof fans and pretty rad blow up pool. Also the lack of A/C helps to cut down a lot on the power bill. The house is pretty small and we have a bricked backyard courtyard which is easy to maintain. We have one park off street that we allocate on a first come first served basis. The room available is about 15 sq meters, with hardwood floorboards with an eastern facing window. Bond is $500 which is roughly 3 weeks rent. We are ideally looking for someone who's keen to stay on for at least 6 months but we are also pretty flexible.

Great Location! 5 min drive into the city, 15 min drive to TTP, Foodland and bakery across the road, Bus stop very close! Woolies is only a 10 min WALK along with a great Indian restaurant and an Anytime Fitness gym! The room is a great size - plenty of room for a queen bed, bedside tables and a tv unit. Room has a WALK IN WARDROBE and a fan. Bathroom is shared but your housemate (Amey) is very clean and keeps it perfect! Amey is great to live with, unfortunately I am going interstate and will be moving out on the 1st of November. All we ask in return is someone who is equally clean and respectful. Amey is great to chill with after a long day at work, she isn't a party animal and would like someone similar to herself. Bills are not included however we just got our bills are they were very minimal! Unlimited iternet and netflix are cheap, but also extra. We are looking for someone to join us in our home in our modern-ish double story house in Payneham. We are looking for someone around 21 - 35 y/old, non smoker, without children. It's not that we are discriminating, we need to feel comfortable, we don't smoke, and we are not really "children people" and our house isn't set up to be. It's a spacious three bedroom place that's close to supermarkets, bus stops, gyms and parks really close by. Only about 10 minute drive, 15 min bus ride to the city. There is one room available, and another spare - in reality we could rent the other out, three people is enough living together is enough in our opinion. There will be a few changes to the space by time you move in, like some new couches, and getting rid of a few knick knacks. The house is bigger than the pics lead you to believe. We have a great set up as we have slowly been adding to our home, and collecting bits over the years. TV, BBQ, Large fridge, Netflix, broadband, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, couches etc etc and CENTRAL HEATING/COOLING for the extremities. In the past we have totally been down for Market runs because the best food comes from the Adelaide Markets, and we can eat like kings for less than $100 a week. If you dig music, architecture, play guitar, like a social drink, good food and/or any of the above, then we'd love to hear from you.
