Hey champs, I live in Marden (near ur choices of areas) and im looking for a good buddy to move in and help me financially and also keep me company. Im clean, down to earth, respectful easy going and understanding. my property is a nice sized little 2 story place with large bedrooms, big enough for a queen size bed and even small lounge area if wanted. The room has a cupboard but no bed atm which you may need to bring but i do have a double mattress which can be used on the floor if need be. The house is in a quite and tucked away street, i dont associate with the neighbours except for 2 or 3 on the street and would like to keep it that way... apart from that i need someone soon to move on in as my partner and i have ended our relationship and the finances are now all on me unfortunately! Im thinking starting off with a 3 month period to see if theres connection between us and then possibly extend the stay.
