About the property
We have a great home with lovely, friendly housemates in our early/mid-20s to mid-30s, a mix of genders. We are equally happy for a chat, movie, and a long meal as we are for a quiet night in.
We're hoping to find another friend to join our home.
It is a spacious house with big rooms, high ceilings and a booth table. Big backyard with a veggie patch and a few garden beds, shed, hills hoist, porch and trampoline. Reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge room with a big couch. Plenty of fridge room and a kitchen cupboard for each person. Right near a bus stop and close to the Torrens River for an easy cycle to the city.
We're looking to fill one unfurnished bedroom (pictured) in our spacious five-bedroom house. The total rent split between the 5 of us equally is $140 per week each, plus $40 per month for internet and kitty. Gas, Electricity and Water bills shared in addition quarterly.
We are looking for a long-term housemate. Unfortunately, we can't take any furry ones! (includes hairless)

Hello,
Our wonderful housemate, Bolaji, has sadly moved on from the house, and although Bolaji can never be replaced, this bittersweet moment means that we are currently on the lookout for a new housemate.
We're in a great big house, less than 10 minutes from the city, on a bike (the Torrens River bike path is ~300 metres away) or bus (the bus stop is literally across the road).
The house has two large living areas, one bathroom (with separate toilet, it has never been a problem), a massive backyard (with a trampoline!), and a cellar. We also have good NBN internet.
Rent is $140 per person per week (for a total of $700/week for the house) - our bond is 6 weeks' worth, or $840/person. We have a monthly payment of $40 for internet and some shared cleaning products. Utilities bills generally work out to around $30 per person per week on top of that.
The housemates who you will be living with are guys and girls, mid 20s through to mid 30s. There is an artist, software engineer. We all get along really well, and like to keep the place tidy. We have a cleaning roster that we do our best to stick to, but we’re not overly precise about it.
