I have all stainless steel appliances including fridge/freezer and microwave, toaster etc. It is a 2 minute walk from shops and bus transport and a 10 minute walk to the train. And just a brisk 20 minute walk to the tavern👍 Has a balcony off the front that’s big enough to BBQ and entertain a few friends which is great in summer.

Bland new, very roomy own room, quiet. It can be sometimes own your whole house too. It’s $120. Bond $240 plus 2 weeks advance rent. Hit the beach only 5mins, Coles and Woolies within 10mins. Train station is about 5mins by bus or 20mins by walk. Everything is very handy area, there is shopping center as well at train station.
This home has just been renovated and it’s very comfortable. You can walk to the beach, the movies, Pt NOARLUNGA shopping mall and to heaps of restaurants. The bus stops almost at the front door and you can catch a train to the city. I love living here but I need two housemates as I also live in Sydney. The home has three double bedrooms new wall to wall carpets throughout. Plus gas heating in winter and ducted cooling in summer. A big eat in gas kitchen and the bathroom has a full size bath and seperate shower and vanity. There’s a huge double garage with power if you like to build things as it has a work bench.
