The room can be furnished or unfurnished upon request. I will have a larger room available but am waiting for built in robe to be installed. Rest of the house will be fully furnished.

I encourage other single mothers and have additional rooms available if you have a child as well or if you want some additional private space for yourself at an additional cost.

2 blocks back from the beach. Close to public transport and the Seaford line.

Secure off street parking and security cameras installed on the outside of the house for security.

Reverse cycle ac units and ceiling fans in each bedroom.

Bathroom will be largely private, I’ve marked it as shared because we will want to use the bath tub occasionally.

Happy to include basic food and grocery supplies for an additional cost to make life easier.
