About the property
I am looking for a housemate that is clean and tidy. It's not a party house so not suitable for someone who is constantly going out drinking or having a house full of people over everynight, although of course sometimes is perfectly fine and there is plently of space to do so! I am a homebody who prefers quiet early nights and waking up early too.
Would love for someone who will be able to hang out, have a meal together or chill out watching Netflix, but also enjoy my own time as well.
Must be ok with pets as I have a heeler x kelpie, Jax and a kelpie x border collie, Luna. (They know they rule the house, so have to be ok with pets on the couch to snuggle with at the end of the day)
4 bedroom home with an open plan living, dining and kitchen. There is a front lounge room, plus a massive rumpus room so personal space is no problem!
The rented room is queen sized and can be furnished or unfurnished, has a roller shutter, ceiling fan and AC. The main bathroom has a separate toilet, vanity and shower.

My name is Tracey, (33) I love animals, hanging out with family and friends, going for hikes or adventures and being out in the sun. I'd prefer to be camping whenever I can and don't party too often.
I love taking the dogs for a walk, always have DIY projects around home and keeping busy but definitely need my own down time and spend most nights reading or being a slug on the couch.
Another room is rented by Hanan, she's 30, a working professional who loves her job and being outdoors. Hanan is a lot of fun and is super easy to live with, loves music, hikes, and chilling out on the couch at the end of the day.
