About the property
The house is across the road from a park, it has a pretty great kitchen, plenty of space and a games room. It's near the Christie Downs railway station, some shops and not too far from Colonnades. We have a mandarin tree, too.
The rooms have built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans & mirrors. One has an air conditioner. I can provide beds too, or just leave them deconstructed in the garage.
I'm open to couples, but might up the rent a little in that case.
The rent includes electricity, gas and water.

About the flatmates
I have two spare rooms that I'm looking to rent out to new best friends.
I'm a bit of a nerd, I like board games and history. I cook, and I'll feed you if you flatter my cooking. I once harboured dreams of starting a veggie garden, but it turns out I'm pretty bad at that. Maybe you can do better!
