The property has a large backyard with room for our two dogs to run around, but also potential for a space to set up some couches to relax in. Only a short walk down the road is a large parkland area (for those who love their outdoors!). We do have two off-street parking spaces, but as the house will have four of us living in it two cars will need to be in the street. The area is quiet and has a nice, relaxed vibe to it. Location is great, being only 10 minutes to either the shops/public transport, and a 15-minute drive down the expressway to Flinders University. NBN Internet is on its way to being set up and should be good to go by the time you move in. Bills are not included in rent but will be split evenly amongst the four housemates.
