About the property
The house is a blank canvas at this stage! It's just been bought, and the owner needs to do some renovations in early Feb to get it prepared. Because of this, we have very limited photos so far, so I've included a couple of pics of the gorgeous back yard! More photos are available if you contact us.
The house itself has laminate flooring, a new kitchen, new bathroom. The real magic is in the back yard, which has gumtrees, lemon trees, outdoor area, a fire pit, and a tree house! My first project will be to get a veggie patch going.
Looking for people in their early twenties who are keen to make this place a home. Definitely not opposed to the occasional games night, and will host a couple of backyard events throughout the year.
Looking to build a tidy, "pick up after yourself and contribute to the household", but not "house is always spotless" type vibe. We all respect shared areas and look after our own.
Looking for someone social, tidy, and respectful, who will fit in with the vibe of the house (and who hopefully isn't opposed to us getting chickens).
