The house is fully furnished apart from the bedroom / spare bathroom which would be yours only. The house is situated 200m from the beach, 8 minute drive from colonnades shopping centre and a 4 minute drive to the train station which goes directly into the city. It’s a 15/20 minute commute to Flinders University / Hospital.
Rent would be $310 a week, inclusive of bills- wifi, water and electricity.
I also have a little gym and infrared sauna set up in the garage :)

Hi I’m Claudia, I’m 27 years old and am a registered nurse. I have a room at O’Sullivans beach that will be available from the 13th Feb.
I have a 1 year old whippet who is very friendly and quiet.
I am looking for someone clean and respectful.
I am currently building a house and intend on staying here until it is ready to move into which will be in around 18 months time. You would be welcome to take over the lease of this property (pending on real estate approval) or if you are the right fit I would be happy for you to rent in my home. Ideally, I would like someone who can stay long term, but I am open to short term for the right person! 😊
