This means washing your dishes and cleaning the kitchen after making food etc. I would take care of the cleaning. We have an unfurnished double room up for grabs in our fantastic Fairlight/Manly abode. The room itself comes with a built in wardrobe and an amazing view of Sydney harbour. The house has everything you need such as a kitchen, bathroom (shared with one other) and internet. I’d like to say that it’s fully furnished but it could use a nice Persian rug or two. We don’t have a TV but there is a projector for watching movies or sport. You could watch the Kardashians on there too but the view is that good from the lounge that you’d probably just end up staring out the window. There is a single garage but there are 2 cars that fight for it at this stage. More than happy for a three-car stand-off but there is plenty of off-street parking just in case. It’s a 5-minute walk to the ferry and 10 to the main beach. Fairlight shops are just up the road which has everything you need in the way of essentials (coffee, milk, bread, toilet paper, meat etc.).

My place is available 4-8 weeks till Christmas or for up to 6 months starting mid January. A lovely little 2 bedroom, Art Deco apartment in Mosman/Cremorne. Elevated and at the back of a small block...lots of nice sun and bedroom outlook is over the treetops of the neighbourhood. I already have furniture and whitegoods including fridge, washing machine, lounge etc and the room is pretty much furnished with bed, portable wardrobe and a desk. Super close to buses direct to city side or Northern Beaches side. And on a leisurely afternoon or day off the ferry is close enough as well. Cremorne has a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and the iconic Orpheum Theatre. If you like to mix it up a little Mosman Village and Neutral Bay are on either side of us so you'll never be stuck for an option.
