Neighbours are great and the bus-stop to Warringah Mall (northbound) Manly (southbound) and the City (Wynyard) is at the top of the road with travel times of 24 mins Brookvale, 18 mins to manly and 28 to the CBD, or a ten minute drive to Manly.
