The house is reasonably large, furnished and has Netflix, Stan, a pool and air conditioning. Street parking and space for some storage/hobbies area. The room includes an inbuilt cupboard and a ceiling fan. Included in the rent is internet and a cleaner (she comes fortnightly to clean bathrooms, floors and glass).
