I have a furnished double bedroom for $180 all bills included (up to $800 power). The room has its own bathroom, which is pictured, and is next to the dining area pictured. The room opens out onto the back yard with its own seating space attached. The house is on a big block the yards are taken care of regularly, a fire pit and some chickens, and a generous back yard, maintained by the owner, giving it a home away from home kind of feel. The living areas are all tiled, for easy cleaning, and breezy feel. There’s a couple living spaces plenty of room every one. I try to set the house up with a bunch of roomies who will be a bit like friends and family. The rooms are furnished unpack your suitcase and feel at home. They have ceiling fans, are carpeted, beds, wardrobes, and linen/ desks, can be included. The house has two bathrooms one is an en suit, the other is shared. Washing machine, fridge and other appliance included. It’s located an easy walk to the 24Hr gym, cafes, week end markets, Brisbane market complex (florist, butcher, fast food, chemist etc.), 24Hr servo and the bus.
