Hi everyone. We have one room coming available in our home.
It's a lovely big share house that we're hoping to fill with legends so if you think that could be you please do shoot us a msg 

Room available comes with:
Queen bed
Desk with chair
Heaps of space
Pillows and bed linen

The house:
It is a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathroom.

Lots of room inside with a big fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The backyard is decently sized with enough space to stretch out and hang out.
Lastly, the house will be all furnished and has all the kitchen equipment, fridge space etc to make setting up after moving in as easy as grabbing a key and moving in.

Parking:
Plenty of on street and off street parking

Location:
The house is located on Sir Fred Schonell Drive, in St Lucia. UQ is right on your doorstep! With it's 2 bus stations on campus you can get just about anywhere and be right next door to your classes.

Rent, Bond and Bills:
ALL BILLS INC IN RENT! This includes power, gas, water and unlimited internet.
Bond is 4 x rent.

Other things you should know ☺

No pets sorry

No strict house rules… just the obvious stuff like cleaning up after yourself, being respectful to others and doing your fair share of housework.

Who we are looking for…
Keen on getting someone in who can pay rent on time (obviously) and knows how to clean up after themselves. Basically, just someone who is respectful and has their shit together and drama free.
