Right in the heart of Crows Nest, across the road from the bus and only about a 20 minute walk to North Sydney (if you’re crazy like me). The room won’t be available until 12 December, but for the right fit we may be able to work around that by a week. I will update the photos soon as these were here when I took the lease, but the apartment is super spacious, open and light. The room has a built in mirrored wardrobe with drawers and all inside. It is big enough for a queen bed with side tables and potentially a tv (but might be a little tight). The room also comes with parking as well as council parking available. You would have your own bathroom with an amazing bathtub, but you would be sharing with the washing machine and dryer (they tend to keep to themselves). Sadly, my housemate is moving out to pursue love lucky her. I’m looking for a housemate who likes to share a meal and glass of wine, maybe even over some trashy TV, but also likes their sloth time.
