Hi everybody, I am renting this lovely room in my 4-double bedroom house in Stafford. Every room has a double bed, side bed, air conditioning, shelves etc., so it works perfectly for a single person as well as for a couple. We share a very large living room/kitchen with couches and a large TV where you'll have your own drawers and a full fridge for yourself!!! (We have two fridges) You can find the Stafford Shopping Centre within 2 min walk (Woolworths, Aldi, BigW, Bunnings, Hoyts Cinema, McDonald's, etc.). We are also conveniently located at 2 min walking distance from several bus stops that go towards the city (20 minutes ride, buses # 375, 335, 325, 353 and others...). The other people living in the house are aged between 22 to 34. We are all easy-going and we enjoy a chat or a drink every now and then, so you will join in a friendly environment. Nevertheless, we all wake up around 6 am most days so we try to keep the house quiet after 11 pm as a rule. Any gender is welcome but preferred female to make equilibrium in the house, 18 to 35 years old. You must be respectful with the other housemates and clean after yourself when you use the common area. This is necessary. Smoking is allowed only outside. The rent is $170/week (single), or $210/week for a couple (or share), and it includes all bills as well as Wi-Fi ADSL. A four-week bond is required upon entrance. The room available would fit a double size bed with space around to live comfortably, or a queen and one beside table. You also have access to the main bathroom which is accessible from a door in your room. Downstairs in the garage, there’s storage space if you need to store anything. Sorry no couples. Hi! We are offering a room in our humble abode. It's located just near Westfield shopping centre and multiple bus stops. Within walking distance to every fast food place you could imagine. We have a big fully fenced backyard, and the house is fully furnished. We only pay electricity and internet, so no water bills or gas etc. It's a private rental, and our landlord is fantastic. (She mows our yard for us and doesn't do inspections, super laid back lady). We don't have a bond, it's more like you pay 4 weeks rent in advance, and then after 4 weeks you just start paying rent normally (200 per fortnight). It's a great place and so cheap it makes it incredibly easy to save. My housemate has a small foxie who lives with us, he's old and relaxed so you will barely notice him :)
