Hi There, Available now. I have 2 rooms to rent in my home in Stafford heights. One room is a double with double built ins and the other is a standard with standard built ins. They have their own lock and key. It’s a central location with plenty of parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front, under the carport or under the house. If not, we have local shops such as coles, baker, butcher, newsagent, pizza place and the like nearby. Public transportation is really close as well and with all this so close you don’t really need a car. The room is not furnished but there is a lounge, fridge and washing machine which are in the common areas. If you prefer your own things then that is fine as the laundry is external with heaps of room for other washers. We also have room for a second or third fridge. Electricity, gas and water are included in the rent. Internet is not included but you can connect yours up if you want. Our new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home of course, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and shed. The house is fully fenced and under the house is a lockable area where there is a car space.

Large 5 bed home. 2 minutes walk to bus every 15 mins direct to the city past QUT Kelvin Grove and every hr to Westfield Chermside or Royal Brisbane Womans. Spectacular city views from the front deck and living room and a massive back deck for that weekend chill.
