It 5min drive to chermside shops has aldi 2min up the road. Has a big out door area for entertaining. There is wireless that comes with the rent. It has a carport big enough for 2 cars. The room doesn't come with a ceiling fan but has two windows, it is also at the back of the house away from the road. I have a pet turtle that came with the house aswell so would have to help look after him.

Kitchen has everything you would need; a massive fridge (which is brand new), dishwasher, kettle&toaster, sandwich press, coffee machine, blender, and some other small goods - I love cooking so I have many things here. I have space if you want to study with a spare monitor, Bluetooth keyboard, mouse and a white board :) . Living room is very big so we both can have our own space. You will have the main bathroom but don’t worry no-one else will use it but you, if anyone visits me they will use my own bathroom. I have a brand new washing machine, so the fridge and the washing machine are only 9 months old. there is many cupboards and little storage things everywhere so you will find living here quite handy I promise! I have Netflix so you are very welcome to use it as well and also unlimited internet is $30 monthly but we can have a chat about that. 10 minute walk to Chermside mall. Right near Gympie rd but faces onto Alice street. Has air con in every room. The kitchen is nice and big which includes the laundry but still has plenty of room to cook. The apartment is brand new and I am the first person to live here. Plenty of off street parking or if you can grab a visitors park then go for it. Is located on the 2nd floor with west facing balcony. I have the room with the ensuite and the other bedroom is right next to the main bathroom. I dont have internet at the moment since my work plan covers me for all the data I need but am willing to get an internet connection. Bond is 4 weeks rent but am willing to negotiate depending on length of stay and if you cant afford it up front Im sure we can work something out as Ive already payed for it. I have only been living here for 3 weeks so I havent fully set up the apartment but maybe we could get some wicked Feng Shui going on.
