You will have your own bathroom and toilet along with access to all living areas and your own fridge/freezer. We do share our home with our much loved 4yo dalmatian Bellamy who strictly lives downstairs/outside. On a quiet street close to tunnel and public transport.
The property is located in the inner-northern suburb of Brisbane. It's in a quiet area and the neighbours are friendly. It is conveniently located near major shopping areas like Chermside, Lutwyche and Stafford City shopping centres. It is also within minutes to a hospital, parks and take away establishments. It is 3 minutes walk to a bus stop that runs express to city. Rent price is inclusive of all bills (i.e. gas, electricity, water, Foxtel 3D Platinum TV and wireless internet). There are two rooms available. One room is a single bed bedroom - fully furnished at $190.00 per week. The other room is a double bed bedroom - fully furnished at $200 per week. Bond is only $300 fixed. Common area includes a large backyard with separate entertainment shed to the house. The room on offer can fit a queen sized bed and dresser/desk and has an inbuilt wardrobe. The current tenancy agreement is until Jan 2019 and I am ideally looking for someone looking to stay until that time.
