Although it looks small from the outside, the flat is quite spacious. We have both an air-conditioner/heater so you will always feel comfortable during the year! There's a small washing line outside and the gate is always locked. And most importantly WE HAVE A LEMON TREE! That's right, FREE LEMONS! The $200 a week rent is for both rooms as shown in the pictures. A great way to spread everything out!!! Bills will be divided between both of us.
